Reliant Housing Group is looking for an experienced and well-organized CRM Operations Executive  to manage customer records and support all post-booking formalities from booking till handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle after-booking customer formalities and documentation
• Maintain complete customer records, booking files, payment details, and CRM data
• Coordinate agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, possession and handover process
• Follow up with customers for documents, payments, and pending formalities
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, legal, and operations teams
• Maintain MIS reports, customer status updates, and daily records
