CRM Relationship Managers Job Description • Manage and own the assigned customers for collections, Agreements, Sales Deeds and own the customers till handover. • Service and monitor each customer to achieve the desirable collections month on month, quarter on quarter. • Processing the booking form within 24 hours of receipt with proper audit and check to ensure customer is satisfied and happy to be part of Shriram Family. • Liaise with sales and take help from supervisor to ensure 100% bookings received are logged in with no cancellations. • Customer first approach with complete ownership of solving all problems and ensuring collections are done on time. • Agreement execution and Sale deed execution as per the defined timeline. • Ensure min deviation in schedule and seek proper help and support from the system to reduce it. • Interest checks and minimising loss for the organisation.
