Job Description
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and custom modules - Implement CRM configurations including forms, views, workflows, plugins, and business rules - Design and manage integrations using Azure services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Integration Services - Customize CRM UI components including Ribbon, sitemap, and app modules - Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based client-side logic - Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs and middleware solutions - Work on Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and deployment management - Debug and resolve complex CRM issues across environments - Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, prototyping, and solution design - Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and delivery cycles
