Summary of responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers (give proper instructions, distribute and balance workload, inspect work performed, reinforce safety standards, comply with company policies and ensure proper discipline of the team).
• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance projects as needed.
• Perform the paperwork required to order all necessary parts and ensure delivery of parts on time.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, taking a hands-on role as necessary.
