We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Clerk to support vehicle deal processing and financial documentation activities in south Orange County , California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume transactional work while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role contributes to efficient funding, reconciliation, commission support, and month-end close activities across the dealership accounting function.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of vehicle deal records each month, ensuring transactions are entered and finalized accurately.

• Examine contract packages and supporting documents to confirm completeness, policy adherence, and data accuracy before posting.

• Record daily bank funding activity and help maintain current, organized financial schedules.
