Credit Team Leader

DuPont Credit Team is seeking a Credit Team Leader responsible for the effective and efficient performance of credit activities and internal controls for the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage credit activities for the customer portfolio in Center in alignment with agreed objectives.
• Accountable for day-to-day execution of credit operational activities to maximize receivable turnover and minimize cost of receivable.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation and reporting of Credit Center portfolio metrics and results.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on monthly analysis of FSC customer portfolio to reduce overdues and improve DSO performance.
• Maintain proactive interaction with Sales, Business Management, Customers and Customer Services to increase process efficiency within the sales‑to‑cash flow.
