- Build credit policy and governance foundations: Create, review and maintain credit policies, procedures, decisioning rules and program documentation to support compliant and commercially sound lending operations.
- Design practical lending frameworks: Help establish the operating model for credit risk governance, including approvals, escalation paths, ownership, controls and exception frameworks.
- Support credit decisioning and portfolio oversight: Define and document decisioning requirements, policy rules, risk indicators, portfolio reporting, stress testing outputs and management dashboards.
- Embed risk appetite into lending processes: Support the application of the Risk Appetite Statement across credit decisioning and portfolio oversight, providing input into potential updates or refinements.
