Credit & Performance Reporting Analyst

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Credit & Performance Reporting Analyst to join their Asset Finance team in North Sydney.

This is a newly created role with strong visibility across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will deliver credit and performance insights that support strategic decision-making across consumer, commercial, and novated lease portfolios. This role will suit someone who enjoys combining analytics with commercial thinking and wants to help build and own reporting infrastructure, not just maintain it.

The Role

• Analyse credit and portfolio performance, including delinquency, arrears, losses, and emerging risk trends
• Monitor and improve credit scorecard performance
• Prepare clear, decision-ready insights for credit forums and senior stakeholder meetings
• Translate complex data into practical, commercially relevant recommendations
