Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reconcile customer receivables and resolve disputes/deductions
- Work with teams/customers to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and working capital
- Serve as main point of contact for discrepancies
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
