An ICM UW Team Lead is expected to have an advanced understanding of credit risk, of Citi´s internal policies and procedures and external body of regulations and of being knowledgeable about a wide array of industry fundamentals. They should be able to independently lead thoughtful conversations with Banking and Risk partners. They are strategic professionals who stay abreast of developments within own field and contribute to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
