Adecco's Banking & Financial Services team is recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant Manager for a well known client within the professional services industry.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable and collection functions for strategic customer accounts across regional markets. The successful candidate will drive timely payment recovery, manage client escalations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and ensure outstanding balances are collected within agreed timelines
  • Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation issues raised by customers
