CREDIT CONTROL & ACCOUNTING MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Location: Petaling Jaya

This position involves leading credit control and accounting functions, managing a team, overseeing credit risk, ensuring effective collection processes, and supporting overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Credit Control team.
  • Oversee credit exposure and implement strategies to minimize bad debt risk.
  • Evaluate and approve credit limits for dealers and customers.
  • Monitor and manage all AR ageing components to ensure timely collections.
  • Assess financial statements and credit history of customers and dealers.
  • Identify problematic accounts and drive collection actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and AR procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve departmental goals.
