Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and monitoring of tenants’ accounts to ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Address and resolve billing- and collection-related concerns of mall tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly billing statements prior to release.
• Monitor and facilitate the collection of monthly rental payments from mall tenants.
• Prepare and submit Accounts Receivable (A/R)-related monthly reports and schedules.
• Perform functions related to the management and liquidation of the Revolving Fund.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong background on Microsoft Office functions (Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
