To be responsible for end-to-end management of memos, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across the organization.

• Prepare comprehensive credit memos and summarize borrower profiles, financial performance, risk factors, and recommendations.
• Review and verify credit documentation following Memos for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Analyze financial statements and other financial documents for the purpose of covenant monitoring and financial updates to Credit.
