Credit Analyst, Accounts Receivables

We are seeking a Credit Analyst in Accounts Receivable to support collections and reconciliations under the Pharma AR Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments from customers.
• Process credit card refunds.
• Prepare netting and write‑off journal entries for bad debt.
• Apply netting and cash application for large retailers/customers and access their portals to explain deductions.
• Assist the AR supervisor with customer account collections.
• Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity.
• Support resolution of credit issues with customers.
• Prepare OTC deduction reports for customers participating in OTC rebate programs.
