RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Concepting & Storytelling Lead UA creative concepting, defining narrative, messaging, and format strategy before production.
Apply strong storytelling principles to maximize engagement within the first few seconds of every ad.
Develop clear creative briefs and review all assets to ensure high artistic quality and storytelling impact.
Hands-On Art Production Produce high-performing UA creatives (static, motion, and video) and own App Store and Google Play visual assets.
Maintain production quality, brand consistency, and a reusable asset library to improve efficiency.
Contribute directly to creative production during high-volume periods to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a small creative team, managing briefs, reviews, feedback, and delivery timelines.
