Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Modeling: Create detailed architectural and conceptual designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Documentation: Prepare 3D models.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and plans adhere to local building codes requirements.
• Client & Team Coordination: Meet with clients to do design presentation.
• Site Analysis: Conduct site visits, if necessary, to assess conditions, take measurements, and monitor construction progress.
• Project Support: Update designs based on actual site conditions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling (SketchUp and Enscape)
• Soft Skills: High creativity, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
