Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will:

• Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documentation for construction projects.
• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs evaluate variations and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess contractor payment claims and prepare interim and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements

Qualifications

• Relevant QS qualification (BTech or BSc)
