- Lead and/or support CPQ Commerce (quote-to-order) projects on the CPQ platform.
- Analyze, test and resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration problems, performing root cause analysis through to resolution.
- Create and manage the maintenance of sales options and commerce-related rules/data in relevant systems, guaranteeing consistency and quality of data.
- Update systemic data based on the requirements provided to stakeholders, including data validation and clear documentation of changes.
- Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to support decision making in the area.
