About the role
Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Chelmsley Wood to recruit a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor & Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term supply role starting in September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable secondary school experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, covering lessons in the absence of teachers and providing targeted classroom support where required.
The Role
