Covenants & lender reporting - assistant manager

Key Responsibilities
- Track financial and non-financial covenants
- Prepare lender reports and compliance certificates
- Maintain centralized covenant tracker
- Identify risks and potential covenant breaches
- Coordinate with lenders, auditors, and internal teams
- Fund Raising Experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions
Eligibility / Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance
- CA / MBA preferred
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Industry Preference: NBFC / Banking
