Job Description
Court Registry Officer – Queenstown (Fixed Term, Full Time)
As a Court Registry Officer you will be an essential part of the justice system, working with a team that ensures the smooth operation of the Court and liaising with stakeholders such as the judiciary, lawyers and the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Case management – maintain accurate, up‑to‑date files with a strong focus on data entry and sound decision‑making.
- Court taking – run court sessions in English and Te Reo Māori, collaborate closely with the Judiciary in the courtroom and chambers, and provide general administration of the Court.
- Customer service – respond to court‑related queries in person, by phone or email and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Support the Te Au Reka digital casefile and workflow transformation, including preparation and implementation of the new solution.
