Court Registry Officer — Court & Case Support

The Hamilton District Court, part of the Central Region, is seeking a Court Registry Officer to join the team. Permanent full-time role based in Hamilton, NZ. You will support court operations, liaise with judges and judiciary, and handle case management and customer inquiries.

You will take on court taking, case management, and customer service across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. Travel within Waikato Courts may be required and a full NZ driving licence is preferred.
