COUPLES - Assistant Lodge Manager

The Assistant Lodge Manager Couple, will support the Lodge Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay while maintaining the highest standards across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands‑on management style.
• Overseeing Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations.
• Assisting with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service throughout the lodge.
• Handling guest requests and resolving challenges professionally.
• Supporting and developing team members through coaching and leadership.
• Building lasting relationships with guests, colleagues and travel partners.
