The Country VM Manager ensures that the visual strategy is consistent and effective at all points of sale in the country. He or she is responsible for highlighting products in line with sales targets and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Shop presentation and compliance with VM rules: Ensuring an attractive visual presentation in line with Group guidelines and that VM standards are applied consistently throughout the country. Adapting central directives to the realities on the ground, while respecting the brand's DNA. This includes feeding into Monday trade calls and aligning strategies.
