Country Sales Manager - Philippines

Position Purpose:

To provide leadership for the Detpak Philippines business that will enable the achievement of Sustainable and Profitable growth in-line with the Group’s growth strategy. Lead a culture of Positivity and Passion/Persistence in our Philippines business, support and develop our Sales and Customer service team, and continue to foster our partnership with the Philippines Ops team to drive commercial outcomes for our business in the Philippines. Enhance Detpak’s position within the Philippines market, with a strong focus on growth and market penetration through the implementation of tailored customer sales and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility of our Detpak Philippines business, including delivery of commercial targets and full management of the DPK-P P&L.
