The opportunity

The Country Quality & Local Content Manager is responsible for defining, driving, and governing the country Quality framework and Local Content strategy in line with Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements and company objectives. The role ensures compliance, execution excellence, and achievement of local content targets while maintaining robust quality governance across all business units.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Own and drive the country Local Content strategy in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant authorities (e.g., Local Content Authority, IKTVA, NUSANED).
  • Define, monitor, and deliver country local content targets, scoring, and reporting.
  • Lead localization initiatives including local supplier development, local spend optimization, and localization roadmaps.
