Responsibilities

• Define and design the overall business architecture for UAE, including market strategy, business framework, and long-term development roadmap.
• Build, expand, and manage the local ecosystem and ensure strong governance, performance tracking, and capability growth.
• Drive key account development, including enterprise customers, governmental entities, and strategic industries.
• Lead business planning, pipeline development, and reviews to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Guide and coordinate technical support and marketing teams to ensure aligned, effective enablement and market execution.
• Maintain strong market intelligence and competitive insight; identify opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Represent ZWSOFT in the UAE market, strengthening corporate presence and building long-term customer and partner relationships.
