Responsibilities

• Providing overall leadership including strategic planning, sales, budget, cost control, production, quality control, HR, warehouse
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team.
• Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resources including utilization/allocation
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.
• Build a high performance culture with a competent, flexible and committed workforce.
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations
• Overseeing all the production issues within factory
• Station in overseas locations (such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Turkey, ...
