Lead and develop the Farm Technologies country/subregion organization for Austria, Switzerland & Southeast Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro & Kosovo)Support the development of divisional strategies and enrich them with local customer, market, and country insightsFull P&L responsibility for all GEA Farm Technologies sales and service activities in ACH & SEFurther develop, elaborate, and implement the FT country/sales strategy in alignment with the divisional strategy; manage budgeting and execute sales & service activitiesSupport and develop the GEA FT ACH & SEE dealer networkAssess the financial performance of small entities compared to importer setupsBuild and maintain excellent relationships with customersYour Profile / Qualifications
