Country Manager Cameroon Africa Region

The Country Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations within the assigned country. This role ensures the effective and efficient execution of commercial and operational strategies, maximizes customer satisfaction and drives business growth. The Country Manager will be an integral part of the leadership team, focused on delivering top‑notch services and achieving the company's strategic goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth and revenue opportunities within the company’s business verticals (all clusters) and support expanding the customer base and exploring new business channels.
• Understand local market needs, dynamics, competition, customer preferences and trends to gather valuable insights and make informed business decisions.
