As our Country HR Partner, you will be a trusted, in‑country HR expert and leadership partner, playing a key role in helping our people leaders build high‑performing teams and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
A significant part of your role will be coaching and partnering with managers across the organisation, with a primary focus on people leaders up to and including Director level. You will bring together strong leadership and performance coaching capability with a deep understanding of your client groups, their key talent and their strategic priorities.
