We are seeking an experienced HR Country Manager to provide HR partnership and consultation to Gartner’s South Africa locations. This role leads as the local HR Country Manager for South Africa and as an HR Business Partner to a client group to ensure Gartner can hire, develop, and retain top talent in these locations. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and broader HR to develop initiatives focused on rehire (winback) talent, referrals, and internal mobility. You will manage BBBEE and Employment Equity programs in South Africa, ensure legal compliance, and lead internal communications for the country, acting as a focal point for people announcements, policies and procedures. You will proactively manage legal risk and ensure compliance with local labor laws across the associate lifecycle.
