Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent working relation with all the major wholesalers and pharmacy chains in Canada
- Experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
