Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute the growth strategy for the South Cone market, aligning local priorities with EBANX’s regional and global objectives. Identify business opportunities, assess market trends, and build data‑driven business cases that support sustainable growth. Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, banks, acquirers, payment providers, fintechs, regulators, and other key ecosystem stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, financial services, digital commerce, or a closely related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the business landscape and payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Chile.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in both Spanish and English.
