Counter Sales Representative

ROLE: A counter CSR (customer service representative) works directly with customers in identifying and sourcing products and taking orders as well as performing all distributor warehouse functions. This role is responsible for serving walk-in and call-in customers, processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive and efficient counter sales experience. The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while representing the company professionally.
