Counter Sales - Hornby

The company is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Counter Sales individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction and has a passion for delivering excellent service to our valued customers, primarily electricians, in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors while supporting sales at the counter.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by recommending the right products, providing tailored quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Serve customers over the counter, by phone and email regarding sales orders and enquiries
• Sourcing products to suit customers’ needs, returns and credits
• Picking goods and collecting cash/payment from counter customers
