Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and confident Counsellor to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah . The ideal candidate should guide patients through consultations, explain treatment procedures, and support them throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding cosmetic, hair, skin, and aesthetic treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, and expected outcomes clearly.
- Coordinate consultations between patients and doctors.
- Handle patient follow-ups and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Understand patient concerns and provide suitable guidance and support.
- Assist in converting inquiries into consultations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling reports.
