Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support mental health and counselling initiatives.
- We are looking for a Counsellor to provide individual and group counselling, support supervisors in managing team well‑being, and deliver educational programmes on mental health.
- Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (required).
- Experience in mental health and substance abuse counselling , both in individual and group settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills .
- Basic proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably a member of relevant professional bodies such as Singapore Association of Social Workers, Singapore Association for Counselling, or Singapore Psychological Society .
