In this role, you will report to the Mill Chief Planner and be responsible for developing and overseeing mechanical maintenance plans. Your expertise in planning processes will help optimize resource allocation, enhance safety, and ensure smooth operations at one of Canada's largest gold mines. With your experience, you’ll contribute to reducing downtime and improving mill efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive mechanical maintenance plans and work packages
• Maintain a proactive backlog of scheduled maintenance work
• Support shutdown planning and coordination of scheduling milestones
• Facilitate planning meetings across key teams for effective communication
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement corrective actions
