Costing Executive (Manufacture - COGM, COGS, Costing)

Job Description

- Conduct monthly stock opname, coordinate inventory verification, and reconcile physical stock with the system.
- Prepare monthly Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations, including cost analysis and coordination with related departments.
- Prepare and post monthly costing journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
- Handle insurance administration, including policy coordination, claim preparation, and supporting documentation.
- Process reimbursement and settlement journal entries accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit quarterly BKPM (SIINAS) reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare costing and accounting data for internal and external audit activities.
- Participate in operational costing reviews and provide cost analysis to support management decision-making.
