Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations from client specifications.
- Interpret drawings and project documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing.
- Maintain supplier price lists.
- Analyse planned vs actual project costs.
- Develop sound knowledge of shopfitting materials and manufacturing processes.
- Manage project costing documentation accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 35 years' relevant estimating experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shopfitting materials.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Commercial awareness with exceptional attention to detail.
