Job Description
- Performs costing duties under the guidance of Senior Cost Schedule Engineers
- Provides costing assistance to the project, contracts and construction and management departments
- Updates project database using Primavera Contract Manager and Primavera Project Management (P6).
- Processes project Records of Change
- Quantifies cost risk for school projects
- Runs reports, reviews data and costs in conformance with District policies and procedures
- Interfaces with District's Contract Specialists to ensure correct SACS cost coding and payment request processing of contractor and vendor invoices
- Assists Project Managers with forecasting cost at completion
- Assists in the financial closeout of projects and contracts
