Job Description
Join Arcadis as a Pursuit Cost Controller in Calgary or Toronto. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director on RFP/RFQ submissions, creating accurate fee estimates and analyzing data.
In this role, you will have 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, project management, or engineering. Utilize your proficiency in Power BI and Excel to develop detailed cost breakdown structures. You will prepare presentations for leadership approvals and work alongside Design and Engineering teams globally, ensuring precise estimates for pursuit projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze RFPs and RFQs thoroughly • Create work and cost breakdown structures for submissions • Develop detailed estimates of required hours per project element • Process and verify invoices accurately and promptly • Maintain comprehensive project records and historical cost databases
