Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for the controlling, receiving of F&B items and store inventories through timely feedback and reporting on food cost to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculates F&B costs.
- Compares invoices, requisitions, sales & prepares reports showing cost vs sales.
- Verify Receiving Report and code correction.
- Daily transfer of Sales from Point-of-Sale System to Inventory System.
- Spot checks on purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing functions and bar inventories.
- Sales key creation and Inventory System code creation including recipe creation.
- Conducts monthly food & butcher tests to determine yields.
- Alcohol test to determine strength or compliance with standards.
- Compares menus vs food cost vs sales price.
- Controls portion and minimize wastage and pilferage.
