About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Finance the Cost Controller will manage all aspects of food and beverage cost control and analysis. You will coordinate with procurement stores and kitchen teams to monitor inventory levels validate invoices and ensure accuracy in pricing and costing. Your role is essential in delivering timely reports conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
