Cost Control Specialist

As a Cost Controller, you will be the financial nerve center of our regional operations, providing the MD and senior leadership with clear visibility on costs, margins, and forecast accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced IT services environment where project economics, consultant utilization, and contract profitability directly impact our bottom line. Key Responsibilities Budget Management Own and maintain the annual budget across all cost lines (headcount, subcontracting, overheads, intercompany recharges) Track budget variances monthly (Revenue, Variable Contribution Margin, Commercial Cost, Fixed Cost, Operating Profit) and flag deviations early Coordinate with Group Finance (France) for consolidation inputs and reporting templates Margin Analysis Analyze gross margin per contract, per practice (Consulting, Transformation, Managed Services) and per consultant profile Monitor intercompany cost structures (India service center delivering for Singapore/HK) Identify margin dilution ris...
