Cost and Schedule Analyst at Black & McDonald

Join Black & McDonald’s Power Generation team in Pickering as a Cost and Schedule Analyst. This role focuses on project control, cost management, and scheduling expertise.

The Project Controls Cost and Schedule Analyst will report directly to the Project Controls Director. Your responsibilities will include supporting project managers with cost and schedule performance, creating and updating Primavera P6 schedules, and developing weekly cost reports. Flexibility is crucial due to the dynamic nature of projects and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures for projects
• Create EPC project schedules with subcontractors
• Reconcile labor and non-labor costs accurately
• Support project managers with CPI and SPI calculations
• Report on projected project gross margins
