Position ** Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2B Cosmetic Sales
Experience ** Minimum 6 months in B2B Sales (Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or FMCG)
Age Limit ** 37 years maximum
Bike & Driving License required
- Salary ** Up to ₹20,000 (NTH)
- TA/DA ** ₹200 per day
- Incentives ** Up to ₹30,000 based on performance

Responsibilities
- Daily visits to 25+ retail stores ** (Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Non-Food FMCG) to onboard retailers and secure orders.
- Proficient in ** Scheme calculation, trade margin, flat margin understanding.
- Prior experience with companies like AJIO, UDAAN, DABUR, P&G, HUL, SOLV will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
