**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Industrial Department of the **BU Cheese**, at the Corteolona (PV) Plant.
The resource, alongside their manager, will be involved in the following activities:
* Daily, weekly, and monthly planning and scheduling of production activities, using data from dedicated databases;
* Developing and sharing with central planning the quarterly, monthly, and weekly plan, taking into account the plant's production capacity and production constraints;
* Constantly monitoring the progress of the work plan and managing product inventory to reduce the risk of waste and out of stock;
